Bridle Academy was setup by Paul Bridle to:
"Develop leaders to improve individual and organisational performance".
The Academy provides a range of Consultants, Advisors & Specialists who take the time to understand the issues organisations face and ensure that any workshops they provide are designed to assist the organisation in achieving their objectives.
The Virtual Learning Environment allows organisations to undertake development in their own time. Tailored programmes are loaded using our in-house specialists knowledge.
In addition, Bridle Academy provides ILM accredited training to deliver Management NVQ's and will work with individuals to coach them through the programme.
